The ability to effectively engage with and build strong relationships with communities to understand their challenges, priorities, and needs.

Research and Analysis:

Conducting research and analysis on the issues facing all communities, including gathering data, reports, and studies to inform the organization's advocacy and messaging more effectively.

Collaboration and Partnership:

Building strong partnerships and systematic collaborations with other organizations and community groups to maximize impact and promote the organization's mission.

Developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote the organization's mission. Including managing social media channels, developing messaging and branding building relationships within social media.

Operations, Administration, and Legality:

Effectively managing the organizations day to day operations and administrative functions, including financial management, human resources, and legal compliance.

Fundraising and Resource Development

Developing and implementing fundraising strategies to secure financial resources to support the organization's mission. Including grant writing, donor relations and crowd funding campaings.
